"Right out the gates in 2006 they promised Paypal Pro support but it took them 2 months to get it properly configured for my site. In March 2007 they told me they would migrate me to their latest software but instead asked me to do it manually. Deleted my site without warning after telling me I'd get a phone call to backup most recent orders and customers. Then failed to set-up API scripts on new platform; they simply changed the IP address and left it inoperable. Sales manager told me they were the "model" paypal uses for all their clients, yet paypal does not even list them on their recommended partner list. Main phone line operator gives voicemail with full mailbox. Company refuses to reimburse my company for downtime AND refuses to prorate my contract even though they no longer host the site. Conclusion: one of the first major players in ecommerce, but now an expensive floundering dinosaur which boasts empty incentives (advertising, SEI) and false promises."
