"purchased program phpcow 2.0. very disappointed. phpcow appears to be bulit on xoops platform. should have gotten xoops from free. features were diffucult to use. lacks templates. instructions not clear or no existant for features. customer support is very good until you buy the product. afterwards not helpful. would never buy from them again. recommend you use caution."
