People can signup as buyers or sellers. Sellers (service providers) can post quotes on buyers requirements, choose seller based on their bids. Once project is completed, they can rate each other and provide feedback. Sellers have to pay membership (month,year,lifetime) to be able to bid. Payments are received through PayPal and Linkpoint. You have to have cURL support for PHP installed on your server to receive Linkpoint payments.
